At OwlFlick, we understand that plans can change. We’re here to help you update or cancel your order as smoothly as possible.

1. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

2. Order Modification

To modify your shipping address, candle scent, or quantity, please contact us within 2 hours after your order is placed. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before fulfillment begins.
