Cancellation & Modification
At Flick, we understand that plans may change. This policy explains how you can cancel or modify your Kitchen & Dining orders. For assistance, please contact us at [email protected].
Order Cancellation
- Within 12 hours: Cancel for a full refund to your original payment method.
- After 12 hours: We will do our best, but cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has started.
- After dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled. You may still request a return once delivered (see our Refund & Returns Policy).
Order Modification
- Address changes: Must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
- Item or quantity changes: Allowed only before processing begins. Otherwise, place a new order and return the original (if eligible).
- Gift notes/wrapping: Can be added if your order has not yet been packed.
Refunds
Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Refund times depend on your bank or payment provider, usually 3–10 business days.
Tip: Include your Order ID and purchase email when contacting us for faster support.
