Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.
- Please contact our team for a return authorization before shipping items back.
Eligible Items
- Most full-price items purchased on
flickhome.com
. - Gifts can be returned for store credit or exchanged (on request).
Not Eligible
- Customized or made-to-order products (unless defective).
- Final sale or clearance items as marked.
- Used, washed, or damaged items not caused by transit.
How to Start a Return
Email [email protected] with:
- Your order number and purchase email.
- Items you wish to return and a short reason.
- Photos if the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method after inspection.
- Refund time depends on your bank/payment provider (typically 3–10 business days).
- Promotional discounts are not refundable; partial returns may adjust discounts on kept items.
Exchanges
Prefer an exchange? Let us know in your request. If stock is available, we’ll reserve the replacement item and process once your return is received.
Damaged or Defective
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
International Orders
Shipping from Flick™ is global. Local VAT/customs/duties may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility. These charges are non-refundable. Please check with your local customs office for details.
