What makes Flick™ products kitchen-safe?

We use food-safe finishes and materials tested for everyday kitchen use. Care instructions are listed on each product page and our Care Guide.

How long is processing time before shipping?

Standard processing is 1–3 business days. Personalized or made-to-order items may take 5–7 business days. Tracking is sent by email when shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to most destinations supported by our carriers. Rates are calculated at checkout by destination, weight and service level. See Shipping Policy.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your dispatch email or visit Order Tracking with your order number and email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. If fulfillment has started (especially for custom items), changes may not be possible.

What is your return & refund policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days on eligible items in unused condition with original packaging. Personalized and final-sale items are non-returnable unless defective. See Refund & Returns Policy.

International orders may incur VAT, customs duties or brokerage fees on arrival, set by local authorities and paid by the recipient.
