At OwlFlick, we want you to love every candle you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it better.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. Used candles or items not in original condition may not qualify for a refund.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide instructions and return address details.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund your item at no additional cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, promotional items, and items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
