1. Shipping Fee
We offer a flat shipping rate of $7.99 on all orders, regardless of location or order size. This fee covers packaging, handling, and tracked delivery.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 3–6 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Other International: 7–14 business days
4. Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be sent to your email after dispatch. You can track your package online through the carrier’s website.
5. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive for timely delivery, external factors like customs clearance, weather, or courier issues may cause delays. If your order hasn’t arrived after 14 business days, please contact us.
6. Incorrect Addresses & Returns
If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
